My claim number is 3719891
I have registered my claim on august 13 2018. And submitted all the documents.
As per contract all claim are processed within 28 working days.
I called customer care many times regarding my claim.. But they have only one answer "claim is under process".
I am fed-up with this. I have asked them to give me a valid answer about delayed my claim.
It's the worst customer service i ever came across. Its my request to settle my claim as soon as possible.
