[Resolved] CPP Group India — not respond in time for my complaint

On[protected] i have give a complaint about lost of complaint with cpp
They said they will respond in 2 to 24 hours
I lost card on[protected] and i was away from my home town around 244 kms
As cpp promised me for travel and stay assistance
It was not done by cpp
I asked for stay and return ticket, which was denied by cpp saying some server issue
They are of no help in case of travel away from home
Cpp is of no use

Polocy no IM0982553, incident date[protected] no update for me we are already sending 3 times all documents and also track receipts also please sir what happens my mobile insurance clam status i complaint lot of times but no giving update for me customer care providers
