I had claimed on my phone..which had insurance.when i sent all the documents which are required for the process...after some days they said your claim was rejected due to delay submission.then i said i want my documents and my phone back.they are not responding on it.they saying stupid answers...

Issue still not resolved,
two days ago the executive from CPP India, Mr. Rahul, Informed me claim will get reprocessed and so, now the claim reprocessed and I am getting a mail that query got resolved?
I just want to remind that I don't want to hear same reasons: IMEI number not matching and others as CPP India has already misleads us.
