The postal tracking no rd[protected] in confirms that you have received my ppo no[protected] dtd 09 july 18, forwarded to you vide air hq/99798/661313/03/16/sp/dav dtd 13 july 18. But to my question, why it is not credited to my account no [protected] so far.
