CPWD — door and water supply fitting

I am a resident of income tax colony type 3/67 jyoti nagar jaipur.in my quarter no jali gate in main door and water supply fitting is not good. I have launched complain on cpwd sewa but no one attended to solve the problem. I have contacted several times in help desk centre and i also contacted to s. K. Meena jen but no response taken. Kindly help
