CPWD — Provision of inter-locking tiles in the ground of Government Quarter (Type-III) No.113 to 132 of Block No.12 – regarding

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

Sir, It is to bring to your kind notice that in Block No.12 ground allocated to Quarter No.113 to 132 remains water logged even after 10 minutes of rain. Resultantly, the life of all the residents of this block becomes miserable and unhealthy. Just one hour rain on 21st June, 2015 made one foot water logging and vehicles were free wheeled and also impossible to approach. It is also pointed out that in an emergent situation, it becomes impossible to even reach to the vehicle and move it to on road. The residents have been facing this acute problem for the last 4-5 years. Many times requests have been made to CPWD. This water logging has been causing severe health problems as the stagnant water becomes the ground for mosquito breeding and cause of many water borne diseases like malaria, dengue, etc. It is requested to make urgent arrangements for provision of inter-locking tiles to the whole ground before the onset of monsoon. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, (All the residents of Qr. No.113 to 132)
