Cra Nsdl (Central Record Keeping Agency) — Non acceptance of the premium amount.

I have deposited annual premium Rs 6023 towards my PRAN A/C No.[protected] in post office Bhabha Nagar- 323307 which had been received by the District Head Post Office- Chittorgarh- 302001 on 8.4.2015 vide Receipt No.[protected]. However, on 10.4.2015 I received a telephonic message that the said amount could not be deposited in my PRAN A/c and the amount would be refunded to me. No reason was explained to me, while I am willing to keep the A/c continue. Sir, a long time of about 2 months passed, I have not received the amount back nor its receipt and no satisfactory reply from any authority too.
