My name is Johnpeter Lorudusamy, I am serving to Govt of India (CISF) and my PRAN No is[protected] .Presently this account is locked by CRA and reason unknown. I was submitted application (S2 form) for many time to your officer through our DDO/RPO Chennai for activation of account, re-issue of I/T-Pin and correction of few details, The RPO/DDO was issue a acknowledgement No [protected], Till now the same account is not activated nor issue of T/I Pin by CRA.
Hence, it is requested to taken necessary suitable action of the above at your end
