[Resolved]  Cra Nsdl (Central Record Keeping Agency) — Regarding non receipt of pran kit

This is jai prakash serving in crpf.As i applied for pran in 2011 but till date i didn't recieved pran kit from yr office. My pran no. Is[protected] and ppan is [protected]. When i checked online status of pran card it shows that my pran card has been delivered to the address below-
Pao (Crpf), ministry of home affairs, new delhi
Dy director (A/cs) crpf
Mahavir nagar, pao tilak nagar, new delhi. 110018 india
I didn't recived any information for pran card from above said office and not yet recieved also. So i request you to please arrange to send my pran card to my current address-
