Cra Nsdl (Central Record Keeping Agency) — Unable to log in / receive statements

I had subscribed to NPS on 27th March 2014 via aggregator Ghaziabad Branch-UTIITSL. The PRAN No. allotted to me is[protected]. Since opening the account, I have not received any communication / statement of accounts. I tried to login to see the details of my account online, but on entering the PRAN as User ID, the error appears “ invalid PRAN/ account does not exist”.
