Cred — Rent payment done by cred app

I have done a rent payment of Rs 20000 through cred app. Mere Credit card account se amount deduct ho gaya par landlord ke account me nahi aaya. Today is 4th day but still not rec'd payment. I already mail my land lord statement to cred grevience mail
