Dear Sir / Madam,

I have placed an order on www.timtara.com on dated:[protected] with Reference No: 10328544 and Transaction ID: 10144227 for the product “Samsung Galaxy Tab 2p3100” worth Rs. 16890/- INR. I did a full advance payment via my SBI credit card for the same. After that I received the confirmation via email for the same from timtara.com side with promise of delivery of the product within 3 weeks.

After 3 weeks when I inquired about my product, it was said (by your timtara.com customer care officer) it was awaiting the shipment. Since that day, my product was not supplied and also refund was not processed by them till date. I requested to timtara.com for refund my amount but they didn't reply.

After that, I talked with SBI officer for my refund. As per the suggestion by SBI authority, I filled Dispute Transaction form and sent scan copy through attachment on 27-Oct-2012 to SBI Email Address : feedback.[protected]@ge.com, chargeback.[protected]@ge.com and requested for refund amount and for same I got reply from charback.[protected]@ge.com that my complaint is under investigation. They give Request No :[protected] on 30-Oct-2012.

But after few days that SBI customer care said me that he has not received my dispute form. So I sent dispute form again on 02-Nov-2012 and again 06-nov-2012 I got reply from SBI and they requested me to mark a mail to merchant e mail-id and send us a copy at chargeback.[protected]@ge.com. I sent again mail to SBI with merchant email id on 07-Nov-2012 and for same i got reply from SBI that they acknowledge the receipt of my email and and they will revert me through email within 3 working days.

Again after few days when I spoke with SBI Customer care they asked me to send Hard Copy on SBI Address So I sent Hard Copy through Shree Anjani courier on 06-Dec-2012, But then also they said they didn't received my courier and when again I spoke with SBI Customer Care they said me that send again dispute form because they have not received. On 25-Dec-2012 When I spoke again with SBI Customer Care they asked me to send dispute form copy again last time and gave me complain no :[protected] and request no :[protected].

So I am totally I tired and frustate with SBI Card Customer care. They are not giving me my refund amount and giving only excuses.

SBI — Refund of Disputed Amount

Respected Sir,
My account no. is [protected].A sum of Rs.1000.00 has been debited to my account on 10.08.2009 although the transaction did not go through and cash was not delivered.
Please refund the amount.
I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that the above statements are true and authorize the bank to recover this amount from my account if the bank is unable to confirm the validity of my claim.
Please take an immediate action and inform on my e mail ID..

SBI Card — non refunding of transaction dispute

AS on date ,undersigend is continuously persuing the case and it is gentle reminder no. 06 sent ot them through e-mail

This is with reference to 'Case ID=[protected]’ where scanned copy of dispute has been attached as reminder no. 04.

With respect to acknowledgment of the e-mail dated June 21, 2011 regarding unsettled amount of Rs 6431/- against transaction made on 27th July 2010.
1. This is to bring your kind notice that undersigned is passing through acute mental agony and hardship due to mistake of customer care personnel.
2. In spite of repeated request and persistent follow since October 2010 , I am still not being able to settle this pending case. I would again remind you that maintaining the good services is the responsibility of the SBI card. By not doing so, it is guilty of deficiency in services. AS you are not being able to settle the case till date, it seems that you are reluctant to solve the matter even knowing that this is your pertinent responsibility to remit the pending amount . In this regard, numerous e-mail along with all supporting documents had being attached for your kind perusal, the matter was not taken at all seriously, which resulted in delay and now seems that your good office is being intentionally delaying the case of remittance.

3. Let me tell you, this is not the MTNL VCC phone card where locking period is assigned and validity is being given to customer. This is SBI card services, where the customer as well as the SBI card is equally responsible for delay, or pending payment irrespective of the time frame. When the customer is liable to pay the credited amount along with the hefty penalty so is the case must be with the SBI card services. Being the good customer, undersigned have never delayed the payment and if so, always paid with interest then why so much mental torture and enormous agony are is given in remitting the amount?. I am not going to quit the case till the matter is resolved and payment is done along with penal interest.

4. Since deficiency of your services, had led me to this transaction dispute, which had forced me to follow up the case, till end. This transaction dispute had to be resolved earlier itself by the SBI Card services but failed to understand why this is not being settled even after repeated reminder since November 2010. It is the foremost duty of the Card services to resolve the pending payment at the earliest.

5. There are two instances in the statement where the SBI card had settle the dispute by itself then why so much hue and cry in settling this transaction dispute. Let me remind you that this is erroneous mistake on the part of SBI card and undersigned is continuous following up the case along with suffering.


6. From the above, following inference is understood that..
a. Undersigned is sincerely continuously follow up the matter and tried to resolve the issue.
b. Customer care people are more frequently changing thereby setting immoral practices, which is definitely bringing disrepute to the organization and can sharp decline in business.
c. The amount is not big but hard earned & put question on the business ethics of the SBI Card service integrity.
d. Is this the way you treat your value customer? Even after knowing that customer is soliciting for his own money?
In view of the above, it is requested to kindly look in to matter and resolve the issue instantly.

Never ever opt for SBI credit card, they are very irresponsible, they handed over my card to some one else and by using that card, some one swapped 50k .
