Credit Mantri — your company makes false commitments and just upto taking money without resolving the matter

This is ria banerjee. Pull my account out and connect because i am unable to get through to ur customer care else ill file a civil suit against you too. Take this as a warning.

Here's the story readers:

Firstly credit mantri showed up my cibil score which was less than the half credit score my ca and i bought from the designated cibil score site.

Thenafter nandgopal kept constantly persuing me to pay to resolve matters and assured to make amendments but while asking him indepth questions of the process of resolution, he had no answer and finally passed it on to pritam.

I had two issues, one with an already 2012 settled cc with noc and two, with a cc that i never received in the past and appointed a lawyer to take the bank to court for the same when they apologised thoroughly and stopped troubling however i suddenly saw it apoeared on cibil bringing my score down and hence paid rs 1700+ to this company after much convincing from their end.

Despite narrating the entire story to both the credit mantri callers and they assuring me they would do thorough investigation with the banks and if the second bank failed to show my signature or any valid proof that i ever had opted for the card or received it, their team will automatocally submit the clean chit to cibil bureau and have it wiped off my cibil. Now i see they sent me an email that they are resoluting with same bank who never had given me a cc for past dues.

Are you kidding me credit mantri? While taking the rs 1700+ from me you sounded overtly dedicated towards your customer's concern and right after you just dont do any realtime resolution?

This is my warning to you, now without listening to any future apology of the bank i am suing them in court and alongwith them i wont fail to involve you that you are nothing but a little standardised recovery agency that actually works for the banks in the game of extortion of money from people over those accounts too which never existed with a customer and you very cleverly do it by initially buying faith of those customers simultaneouly benefiting monetarily from the customers and im sure with later bebefits from the banks as well.

This is disgraceful but do not think i am one of those people who would leave it with few complaints on sites. You will know how these gimics fetch you legally.

I have logged in to credit mantri, for credit score improve.

Till now they are no actions.
I paid for the service and now I am not getting any response from their side . I have sent 3 queries in last week and there is no reply

They are just cheating .
