CreditMantri — Amount not refunded nor updated my credit score

On 11th November 2023 I made two payments of ₹1870 & 1870 whose transaction I'd is[protected] and[protected] to improve my credit score and today is 10th of April 2024. It's been more than 5 months but till today neither you have updated my credit report nor you have refunded my amount and because of this bank is not approving my funding. So I request you either you update my credit score or refund my Google pay UPI id - [protected]@oksbi amount within 7 working days or else I will take strict legal action against you.
