CreditMantri — Amount paid but no response past two month

One of the person called from credit mantri if amount paid your negative account remove from CIBIL report then I paid 2700 Rs after that there's no any response even I don't the status my record I tried to reach credit mantri through mail ([protected]@creditmantri.com) and executive mobile number also there is no any response, almost cheated by credit mantri, I suggest people do not believe credit mantri and customer care service
