CreditMantri — submitting application of sbi card without my consent and then rejecting it

I have received an email & a sms on 18/7/2019 that your aplication for sbi credit card has been rejected. Then suddenly i recieved a message that your apllication has been processed with the acknowledgement number. Neither i have applied for any credit card nor i have submitted my documents. This is completely fraud and will impact my credit score. My number is [removed] Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
