CreditMantri — Unethical Behaviour

First of all with a big disappointment I am reaching out to you to draw your attention to the following.
After flow of repeated messages, emails after emails for the past few months from your team finally this time around I decided to try it out and registered myself by paying subscription fee on 22/01/2021 to seek your help in closing two of credit cards dues which are in settled state. Unfortunately, there has been significant delay and I do not have any access to call or talk to any member from credit mantri team.
Initially I had subscribed for only 1 A/c but immediately on 22/1/2021 one Mr. Hari had called me and he persuaded me to go for one more A/c so that he could take up and resolve both these account without me wasting extra time . He promised me he would assign my account to one credit counsel who would in turn stay in touch with me till the matter is resolved. After that Mr Hari is not to be seen and when I tried calling him on the same number calls doesn't get through it appears like incoming calls are being barred on this number.
Its close to a month now, 2 days ago one Ms. Vidya called me and advising me to pay the whole dues immediately, upon my request she had promised me she would negotiate with the bank for a lesser amount and come back, had couple of missed calls from credit mantri and when I tried to call back on those numbers none of the numbers are accessible (incoming calls are barred on all those numbers as well) and I have no way to get in touch with your office bearers.
Today one Mr. Sonu called me and he abruptly disconnected the calls twice it has happened today. Now, I feel little disappointed to mention here that, there is absolutely lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from your staff to talk to the paid members or hear their grievances and they quickly disconnect the calls abruptly.
May I request the appropriate authorities to kindly look into the matter to expedite and ensure your team pays serious attention to the respective accounts they are handling and do sincere efforts to provide timely information and guide us to resolve the issues without causing unreasonable delays.
