Pathetic experience.
Would not recommend anyone to take their membership. They make false promises . Secondly and most importantly whatever options they show on their website (specially 5 stars) they never provide that. Always reply back saying those are booked no matter how much in advance you are asking them to do the booking. Its booked 12 months.
They provide pathetic options which are not mentioned on their website. They are fooling people by showing 5 star hotels and at the time of booking, offering them 3 star or 4 star options which are not even worth of 3 or 4 star.
Last but not the least their customer care number is never reachable. You keep on struggling with them on mails.
I was being told that If I am not satisfied with their services then can opt for refund after availing first service but now they are not agreeing to this as well.
Please please don't take their membership if you really don't want to dump your money.
