This company invited us for free gift voucher on and sale plan of hotel package dated 30 jul 22 at Gurgaon hotel lemon tree. Shown prsentation of branded hotel stay and their 5 satr environment. They sold package @1.5 lakh same date. I tried their free gift voucher declined by service provider for dues and payment issue. next I started booking hotel for Goa declined as short time notice. Next month sep 22 i tried booking well in advance for Kerla trip they delayed and deckined as booking over run made excuses . they dont have i teractive web site but static after charging such great amount. Not active on phone. Thru mail give late reply like this they delay and deckined. I requested for refund they are declining they are running package selling scame. they are not in servicing clients rather cheating and diing 420. i m approaching to consumer court if it is not resolved.
