This company is committing fraud everyday - and conning hundreds of people by saying they have tie ups with hotel chains like ITC, Hyatt, Radison Blu, Evolveback - but in reality it is not true. Their reservation team over email stated that the tie up with any hotel is based on a contract or some kind of daily vouchers - and can not be maintained longer term. But this fact is not told to customers while selling the package.
We bought the pacage considering the names of the hotels they told us in the sales meeting. But all the claims are false. on top of it Customer is told that the package is refundable if they find the services not up to the standard, that also is false, as they get the Customer sign an agreement in heist and it contains a cluse of non-refundability.
When we asked for booking in the hotels for holidays - we were denied with the reason that the bookins in any hotel is based on availability with the Creekinn - meaning if they have a voucher for a booking - they will be able to provide it otherwise no booking.
After very many tries to get a holiday booked with them, when we saw that nothing really is true - we asked for the refund - but they denied saying it's a non-refundable contract - so they are not going to return the money.
We also stated this experience that we are going through on Google Review page for Creekin holidays world page - to which they are now thretning us to take a leagal action unless we take the review down - effectively saying - no one can tell what fraud is being committed by the company.
Now the company has stoped taking any requests for booking nor they are refunding the money.
We also noticed that this company is fooling people based on they spamed reviews that the employees are putting on Google.
