On 14h June 2022 we receive a call from Creekin company and ask us give our time and collect the voucher, we visited the Ramada hotel in Juhu and we spend approx. three hrs and understood there product but somehow we found very costly and we leave with voucher.
After few days I have requested for movie ticket at that time there slot was book, I thought there are many customer so I ignore it and ask them to book my ticket prior one month, I follow there steps but till date there is no update on movie ticket as well as the other benefit of voucher, I have attached the entire email communication in attachment.
What I want- I want the full benefit of the voucher which they have provided.

Trying to book domestic property well in advance (1.5 month in advance) but receiving response "We are completely sold". I have even tried to change destination but still same response. Unable to get bookings.

Creekinn guys are seriously cheap and fraud guys, their Sales team Sruti & Hament called me for introducing our hotel properties by the name Creekinn, so you guys can come with family and have dinner or lunch with us under our Venue Hotel, at last moment they changed the hotel venue and however as we decided to go, we make our mind we went to meet them finally after reaching someone Ankit and his manager Chaudhury was explained their so-called hotel sale product, initially they told us that it will take 30 mins later it extended around 01 hrs, we went around 8:30 evening with my 2 kids and planned that once we finish meeting will take the dinner and back to home.
I forget to add one thing, I told them that we couldn't come due to we have some relatives at home, but Sruti & Hament told me that you can come with your full family. But my family relatives told me we can bear outside meal so you guys carry on. So we planned to go and meet.
At the end, we feel that now we are free after the meeting and let's go for taking dinner, while we are getting the dinner coupon at 10:20 PM we get to know they will charge our elder kid charge as this event is for couples and as we have another small kid which will be free for dinner. At the same time when i call the sale team their call was unavailable and they were not available on whats app. so I checked Creekinn manager Chaudhary who told me where it's mentioned that kids will be free with you, and we have 2 kids. This guy instead of the manager looks like Gunda more. He said will request some discount and you guys shock to see the discount that I got it's 10% from 999 Rs.
I have happy that I didn't take some commercial deal with them, they are definitely a fraud team..

We are also a victim. We need to file a consumer court complaint against this cheater company. We all victims needs to come together and hire a lawyer and should file a complaint. Please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com. thanks
