[Resolved]  Croma.com — Bricks & Rags Delivered in place of LG Microwave Oven

I had extremely non acceptable experience with Croma Online delivery. I had purchased a LG Convection Oven worth 17990 on 01-July-2021. On opening the delivery box in front of the delivery guy, I found the box filled with Bricks and rags. This is completely unexpected from a company and breaks the trust of the customer for the company. I have received no support yet from Croma Customer Care on providing me a solution for the same.

I have written multiple emails to Customer Support, Grievance Officer and the Nodal Officer and also to the CEO but go no replies. It is serious case of fraud and cheating with the Consumer.

It has been more than 7 days since I have received the product and Customer support assuring we will reaching in 24 hours. Seems like they really dont care about customers and just have a common goal of just prolonging the issue than resolving it.
