The product was not available at the local store so I ordered it online on 19th June and chose Home delivery. I checked the bank order status after couple of days through my Croma and found that the order was accepted and they generated the invoice. To my surprise, this status never changed further for 3-4 days and when I called up, I was told that it is in back order status and will be delivered by 1st of July.
I waited 2 more days and on 30th June, the status was still same ie no further progress. Called the support team and they said they have raised the requests as product is but available in any of their ware houses and the same continued until today 10th July.
Is the delay due to any import issues with China as I guess China manufacture it for US?
