[Resolved] Croma (Infiniti Retail Ltd) — delay in installation | |
Good Evening Sir/ Miss!
I have made a booking of croma A/C (model no- CRAC1184, CRAC11 85 with a invoice no. SCF02A[protected] mentioned in Warranty Card) by making down payment on 7june and got delivery on 8june at about 3pm. After delivery I have received a sms that installation of the a/c will be done within 48hr of the delivery time.
But I am sorry to mention that, 48hr has already over and a/c is still lying in my home for installation. I have made three calls at the service centre but till now, nothing has been done expect promises.
Kindly advice, what I can do in this regard.
