[Resolved] Croma (Infiniti Retail Ltd) — Very bad response from HR team Bangalore | |||
I would like to inform Croma (Infinity retail ltd) management team, it's very bad response am getting from HR Team Bangalore, i was worked with Croma 19th May 2012 to June 2013 as Cashier in Koramangala and Rajajinagar store, i have spoken with HR team many times to apply to withdraw my PF amount but they were not ready to help and finally i have applied for PF on 5th March 2014 (after company left 8 Months) in 8 months period i have spoken with HR team more than 20 times, it was very bad experience with Croma, now am requesting CROMA management to help me to get my PF amount as soon as possible. I have purchased one CROMA mobile CRCB2243 from
your Ahmedabad –Himalya mall store on 19/01/2014vide your bill no.

I am facing problems since purchasing of the
instrument and poor services from your side.
Within 3 weeks I have faced the problem of SCREEN
NOT APPEARING . You may verified the same by my earlier communicatoin of
13/02/14 and also on 10/03/14 I have resubmitted my phone to your store for
rectification purpose.
I have faced this problem about 3 times during
last 3-4 months and each time I have to give my phone to you and I have to
suffer a lot.
Since yesterday I am facing new issues – While I
am putting the phone on charging screen in not appearing at all . Moreover,
since last 2-3 days I am feeling that back side of phone is getting hot during
my usage . Also yesterday, my mobile has given display of BATTERY OVERHEATED
while my phone was not connected with any charging point at all .
I feel its very risky now to use your product at
all because such messages can dangerous to my life at all.
I strongly feel that your company has used poor
quality parts for manufacturing of the product.
By this communication, I am declaring that
any thing happens to me or my near by due to some accident occurs in the phone
during charging process or usage will be the sole responsbility of management of
Infiniti Retail and the team members who has
earlier verified my instrurment.
