[Resolved] Croma — no proper service after sale

We purchase water purifier (Pure it) on monday 19/11/18 from croma shop borivali deliver product by croma on 20/11/18 at 1.00 pm but till today installation not yet done nor call receive for installation as promise by sales executive of croma very next day installationwill be done then why delay??? Shall i publish the same complaint on twitter / facebook
