Croma Retails — no response to complaints against extended warranty claims

I purchased a washing machine from Croma retail store Greater Noida in 2011, we took an extended warranty of two years on it.now since last two weeks I have been complaining on their toll free number to claim the extended warranty.but every time the operators either say that their system is not working or they say that I will receive a call from their service manager. Their isn't any response from their extended warranty desk.I have observed it on all their extended warranty desk for all their products, they don't respond.I strongly recommend that no one should buy their products and no one should take their extended warranty schemes.
