[Resolved] Croma Retails — very poor service | |||
I purchased TV from Croma sometimes back, now my TV is running with external warranty, which company forced me to take that warranty. Last month I had problem with my TV, and same day ( 2nd NOV 2014) I open case with Croma for fixing that issue ( power is not detecting). One of the field engineer came to my house on 8th Nov 2014 and he said we will replace board (not sure that mother board or power board), he took lot of snaps from TV. He borrowed 5 days’ time to fix that issue, after 5 days I used to call Croma ( approximately 14 times ), always they are telling we are escalating this issue with warranty team.
