I am using a 6.8 KGs Whirlpool Washing Machine which I bought from your Tata Croma Store two years back, I paid extra for the extended warranty, which I bought to get good service. But I have never been so disappointed from any company but you guys have given a really hard time. I have been complaining from past 1 month starting from 15 march, till this date I have called ‘n’ number of times at your customer care centre and all you guys are doing is procrastinating. I m sick and tired of your poor service and I can’t wait any more so I am filing a complaint against your company. P.S: your Customer Care executives suck...they put me on hold and tthen disconnected the call...executive name : Vinitha Thanks for your service.
