I took RSA Titanium package for 4 years on 19 April 2019 to 18 April 2023. However, I have been getting calls from many agents of Crossroads since last year. Every person is giving date of validity and stating that my package has expired. I called up Customer Care multiple times and they have been saying that my number would be included in DND list. Nothing of that sort has happened. I have been getting regular calls on daily basis.

I have been facing a similar problem.
I was issued a membership registration id [protected] after having paid Rs 2000/- in December 2021. the validity of the Titanium plan was indicated till 31/12/2027.
However, i started receiving calls from Nov-2022 that my plan has expired. due to relentless calls i was spoke to one of their managers called Gaurav Tiwary. Despite sharing with him the email from cross roads, Gaurav indicated that the earlier sender i.e deepak kumar had not activated the membership and so nothing can be done. This time they promised that they would instantly register it and sent me email indicating it has been registered, with validity till 2029. I hope this time this registration has been activated and they provide me the services.
