[Resolved] Cross Roads — regarding refund | |||
I have purchased a service package from cross road for my skoda fabia car. After completing the payment procedure their executive mr. Shanu khan commit me that on[protected] at 11 o'clock the mechanic will to complete my car service but in the morning there is no reply for my phone calls and your customer care agent says that there is no booking for my car. As they are not providing service as per the commitment so i want my refund rs.4129/- asap. I have given several reminder mails but there no reply from their side. Please help me in this matter. Nov 20, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Get call from cross roads customer care but they ask me only to buy the new package for the car service. They denied the previous payment.

As they are not providing service as per the commitment so i want my refund Rs 3250/- asap. I called many times but not any positive response several reminder mails but there no reply from their side.
Please help me in this matter.
