As i was not satisfied with their response to my repeated requests to provide service for my car, i requested for refund of my subscription.
After number of reminders, i was assured vide their email dated 31 jul 18 that the amount in question will be remitted with in 45 to 60 days, but i am sorry to state that i have not received the refund so far. The bank details as asked have already been submitted to the company.
The company may please be approached to remit the amount at the earliest.
