Crossfit — Fraud - Smart Watch - Cross Fit

I have ordered a Crossfit - Smart Watch through order no. #27027 on 29/12/2023 and the said order was received on 08/01/2024.

As per our order and specifications described on the portal about the product, we have not received the same.

I had ordered golden colour of smart watch but sent me old used and scratched colour smart watch and white one belt. So no need this watch to me. And return my amount as soon as possible with return your item...

I have ordered CrossFit watch on 24th Jan 2024 and received the package on 30th Jan 2024 vide my order number 31690 and invoice number Retail 38361. After opening the package I found that the watch is not as ordered I have ordered CrossFit watch but received T900 ultra model which was not with metal strap and golden in colour. As per instruction after charging I found that the watch is completely dead. This is totally cheating. I have requested to arrange return of this watch and refund my amount paid with immediate effect. But received no response I have already reported this matter to cyber cell department for on line cheating. Also GSTN number is not provided on the package which i have reported to GSTN department which is revenue loss to Govt of India. Also the customer care number which is mandatory by Govt of India is not provided. Regarding web site i found that the company has hided its identity while registering. We must take appropriate judiciary action against this fake sites and save all others money. An wide publicity needs to be given to this matter

Same fraud i have experienced. Wrong watch and stopped working within a month Complains here are since october 2023 and till date sight is still selling product and looting people. Why there is no action from cyber cell??? What's the use of these complain sites????
