I have received wrong watch and it's a complete fraud. I have ordered a Crossfit - Smart Watch through order no. Order ID : #34346 on 23/04/2024 and the said order was received on 29/04/2024.

As per our order and specifications described on the portal about the product, we have not received the same.

The smart watch just dosent switch on, there is a slight light which is visible but it dosent swtich on.

I had ordered smart watch on 11 nov 2023 and on 17 nov 2023 I received a defective smart watch which is not getting on and had many scratches on it which I means they send me a defective smart watch. I had ordered CrossFit smart watch on 11th nov 2023 and smart got delivered on 17th nov 2023. First of all, they send me different product what I had ordered. The smart watch which I received had so much scratches on it and further more the delivered smart watch does not getting switching on which means they send me dead smart watch. I tried to call their service center on WhatsApp [protected] but they are not responding anymore...
