Crossfit — Wrong Item delivered

I had ordered black but sent me Orange one. I'm trying to reach the supplier since day one of the delivery, but not getting any response on their given WhatsApp Number [protected], or email [protected]@crossfit.net.in

While Contacting at the email, replying:
"Dear Customer,
Kindly reach us on WhatsApp [protected] for quick response.
Thanks & Regards,
Team CrossFit."
and when trying to reach via WhatsApp [protected], no response is given.
