I bought honda connect device in april 2016, device no 77c6600384. It was not working since i purchased. Complaint lodge vide no. 1-[protected] ultimately after a month after vigorous follow up the device was replaced.In the mean time the one month free subscriptin was over and i renewed for a year as per terms of policy of company. But the subscription amount has not been transferred to new device no.81e12e0484 in spite of regular follow up vide complaint no. 1-[protected]. I used to call regularly to honda one to one and dealer. Assurance has been given to take care but they did not do any thing and the device is disconnected now. I like to get back rs.10, 000/= against device cost plus the subscription plus telephone calls.
