Hi worked in this crown solutions from december 2011 to november 2013. Pf account number allocated to me as this tn50820/882 and uan not introduced during my tenure in that company. Joined in a new company where new pf account and uan created. Now i want to withdraw or transfer that old account money. I am chasing with this crown solutions for more than 1 year but not getting a proper response from them. As they are saying they don't have offline transfer information. Pf withdrawal for uan not available account.

Please help & suggest to me in this case.
