Dear sir,

I had got constructed my home b-1/25 malviya nagar, new delhi — 110017, through bilder which was completed in 2011. Bilder had put water level indicator with alarm made of crown tech. That indidicator wotked less than one year. No worrenty was given to me by bilder or crown tech.in 2012 crown tech sold me automatic water indicator for rs.7000.00 cash (Without receipt) which also worked less than one year, no worrenty was given to me for that indicator too. It never worked less than one year. Then 2013 company in question put a new one by charged me rs. 7000.00 cash (Without receipt). Now on 23 aug.2017the same company charge me rs.6500.00 for a new indicator. But this time i asked for the bill (Copy enclosed). This new one is also defective.

Any one in this world read the above para and ask him/her it it januan, is it not making me fool and also turching me. One can see that crown teck meterial is so much cheep that rs. 7000.00 instrument averagely working only less than 1-1/2 year only.

I am tired of this instrument that i am requesting crown tech for the refund of rs.6500.00 (Rupees six thousand and five hundred only). Company had refused to refund for the 4th faulty indicator. Please do not call me on phone and request for the cheque/cash for the above amount mentioned above. Also return my instrument in the same condition as taken from my home by mr. Verinder ji.
