Crown Tech Auto Water Level Controller — Warranty service not honoured

Crown tech has refused to honour their warranty by not providing service as promised. it has been seven days since the problem first arose and despite many phone calls to ask for a technician to fix it, the automatic water level controller is still malfunctioning.
We have already paid for a tanker to provide water and at this rate will need to get another tanker!
We called this morning at 10 am and were assured that the technician would arrive by 4 p.m.and then at 4:30 and then at 5:30 and then at 6 and then the consumer complaint person Priya put me on hold and then disconnected the phone!
I submit that this company is perpetuating fraud by selling extended warranties but not providing the service.
Please investigate this complaint.
