[Resolved]  CSC India Private Limited — PF closure submission is not done for 8 months

Hi,

I worked for CSC from July 2005 till Oct 2009. I have submitted all required documents for PF closure to CSC in the month of January 2014. I have got the confirmation in Feb 2014 that the documents are received and additional documents are needed. Within 2 days, I sent those documents. Still I was asked to send same set of documents for 2 more times which I sent. Finally after number of follow ups (almost every day from last 8 months) I have got written confirmation from CSC that they received all the documents and the application would be submitted by 29th of July. No submission was done on July 29th and after multiple calls and mails, got an answer that it would be submitted in a weeks time. After that they are not responding my emails and reaching on phone is a big challenge. Please take this complaint and do needful to get my PF closure form submitted to PF office and get the track number.
