CSC India Private Limited — PF withdrawl

Hi,

I worked with CSC India till 10th April 2015. I applied for PF withdrawal in the month of February 2016. My pan card was not clear so I sent this multiple times to CSC answers India helpdesk. I escalated this to CSC helpdesk multiple times to send my PF documents and every time I got assurance that it will be submitted by next Friday. Now inspite of giving new pan card copy CSC sent again old copy due to which claim was rejected on 2nd July. Now I got an email stating that it will be submitted by 25th of July and still not submitted. It's very disappointing to hold the call for several hours emailing too and forth. I called multiple times every time different executive and with wrong commitments. Please help. Thanks.
