Current Account — account is not open till now

Dear sir,
I am amarjita singh properiter of swasstik energy solutions
Madhu vihar delhi has given cheque (Chq no 533303) for current account opening, mr anil yadav and ratnesh mishra axis bank staff canought place delhi branch collect and check my all documents and cheque also. Amount has been deducted from my account and they said your documents show negative. I am continue calling to these persons for followup but they didnt pick my phone nor rever back on my phone, this is happening 20 days to this case but still no any uodate about my account or my money.
Please take it seriously to resolve my problem my business is suffer neither wise i will file police complane against these persons and also going in consumer forum.
Please resolve this within this week i am waiting for your response.
