[Resolved] Current Account — Not Opening New Current Account | |
21.05.09 Sir, We have submitted all related paper for opening our new current account of M/s Aditya Agencies, Selling Agent of Birla Tyres- Kota at your bank & its related persons. We have also submitted a Application Form in month of April and saving account cheque of Rs 40, 000/- in the name of M/s Aditya Agencies on 06.05.09.We provided all queries to your persons. As per our company Birla Tyres request to open our account in your HDFC Bank Kota Branch, we have given all documents for opening current account. We have Birla Tyres Collection account in your HDFC BANK, Kota.Thats why company asked to us open a cuurent account at your Bank. We have so many times asked to your bank personals Mr. Abhinav Bhatnagar(Asst.Branch Manager) But they always giving new queries for opening account.They have no positive response. We have submitted these following documents to open a current account in the name of M/s Aditya Agencies. 1. Firm Registration 2. Partnership Deed Copy 3. Electricty Bill Copy 4. All Partner PAN card Copy (Self Attested) 5. Firm PAN Apply Reciept 6. Service Tax Registration Form 7.Rent Agreement Copy 8.Saving Account Cheque of Rs 40, 000/- 9.Photo all Partners We have this is new Firm Account . We provided all these above documents as per requierment of bank personal on time to time. Kindly letus know what other formalties Bank reuired to opening a new current account. CURRENT ACCOUNT — non generation of i.t. challan after making payment
i was unable to save the challan of payment made on 15/09/2008 vide ref. no [protected]the problem might have aroused due to the heavy traffic on the site during peak hours
and now am unable to regenerate the challan and not getting the proper response from the costomer care also
CURRENT ACCOUNT — levy of late payment charges
current account no[protected] is being maintained with your bank as per the latest statement recd it showed Rs 141.26 as old outastanding .However it was not not know how this amount was generated. But after talking to help line it was found that this amount was on account of some charges levied. Since no statement was recd for that period the amount continued to be outstanding . the bank also levied late payment charges of Rs 300 + service tax . You are requested to reverse these charges as the payment of Rs 143 was immediately made on coming to know of the balancethanking you

CURRENT ACCOUNT — for deducting charges illegally from account
I am the proprietor of M/S RAHUL KUMAR GAURAV KUMAR. Its current account number is [protected] . charges have been deducted unauthorizelly from my account , there was no information of this to me . due to this my current account balance became low than minimum average balance . after that again charges of not maintaining minimum balance have been deducted from account . Now they are not refunding the amount they have deductedCURRENT ACCOUNT — non opening of current account
our one of the most precious customer Santosh aushadhi bhandar,Ghorawal,sonbhadra has visited your branch several times to open his current account but the branch people not responded please look in to the matter on priority may be he will be also a precious customer for your bank because he is 50 years old businessman in that area and well known as chandi wale.With warm regards

TO, THE CONCERNIG OFICER,STANDARD CHARTERED,
DEAR SIR,
TO DAY I WENT TO UR KAROL BAGH BRANCH TO DEPOSIT CASH WORTH RS 100000. BUT UR CASHIER WHO SIT MIDDLE OF THE THREE SEAT STARTED QUARLLING WITH ME. HE WAS CONTINUSLY SAYING SOME THING TILL DEPOSIT THE MONEY. THAT WAS JUST BECAUSE MY ALL NOTE WAS IN 100 RS.
PLEASE DO SOME THING IN THIS REGARD OTHER WISE I'LL COMPLAINT TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY
