Cyankart — Product not received from the company from 9 months (FRAUD CASE) | |||||
On February 27 of this year, I had placed an order on cyankart.com for a black t-shirt and had paid ₹500 online for the same. My Order ID was CYN101906. After not receiving the parcel for 3 weeks, I had tried calling them several times but there was no answer from their side, later I had mailed the following thing, " It's been 3 weeks and my order CYN101906 is yet not delivered, I got mail saying it was shipped through BlueDart with a tracking number: [protected]. I called the Bluedart executive and they told me the order was refused and sent back to the centre. I'm trying to call your customer care Number but no one's picking up. I'd really love an update on my order or my refund as soon as possible. Please don't make this worse. Take a look into it right away. Good day." It has been 9 months now that I have been trying to reach them but nothing works. After checking on twitter and other social media, they seem to have done this with many other customers. They are fooling and taking away people's money right away. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE. Please look into it and give consumers justice. Thanking you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
