Rightly said, This company is a fraud company. They take all the efforts of their employees and do not return them anything. The salary is always late and they never provide any appraisal or incentive.

They force their employees to not to stand on the floor. And also force the couples to leave the company on immediate basis. Such a cheap mentality.

Male employees are not allowed to talk to female employees. Such a vulgar and unprofessional attitude.
The office is at a very poor location. Right in the middle of a jungle. No facilities, not even drinking water.
They always file a case against the employees whoever leave the organization .

All the empleoyees are working without any interest and everyone must think twice before joining.

if you really want to make a good career please DO NOT JOIN.

This is true Cyberlinks is client based company, Cyberlinks have major client 3-4+ company work provider but as per some client problem some guy fired. Solution is that In house company capacity increase but owner not thought in this point. New guy hire and after that client feed back soon fire. Because company have not backup plan to use highly qualified/exp employee. it is rule of cyberlinks is Hire and soon Fire.In this is time I am employee of cyberlinks. i am not telling wrong. Please not thing i am wrong.

Average of employee stay with cyberlinks is 5-7 month max. Maximum time company say you search job please otherwise i will fire you so guy search job and leave job. But when employee leave cyberlinks then salary stop for 60 day he say company. i am not understand where are rules for this types of company this type of company have not ground hire a employee.

Street shopkeeper is much better management provide than cyberlinks management.
