Cycle Pure — pure prayer - cheated in helicopter booking and not returning the amount

I had a very bad and humiliating experience with PurePrayers (Spiritual Products Private Limited).

Really disappointed by PurePrayers (A Cycle Agarbatti Company), they have ruined my Chardham Trip. We have paid 400000/- for 12 days package for 4 families (8 adults and 6 kids age between 3-10). While booking the package they were very co-operative and very nicely responsive. Until I paid the whole amount for the package. They have promised 3* and Deluxe kind of properties based on the availability and provided 3rd class cheap hotels. Firstly hotels was not at all good the washroom were not even working properly. No hot water in any of the rooms as promised by them.

We have suffered in Kedarnath with kids and family at 2 Degree temperature as they have not provided accommodation and we are end up paying 10K by our own for a small rooms.

Food was too poor and quality was just awful. They promised hygienic satvik food and they cooked in very bad conditions like next drainages, and in very dirty environments.

I was given a confirmation on Helicopter tickets after taking advance payment from me and denied to send the tickets, after reaching to Kedarnath they told tickets are not available, by the grace of god we are managed to book tickets on our own and now they are not even giving our Money back.

They have also promised Special entry Darshan in all the temples and Vishnusuhasranama Pooja at Badrinath temple and this was also never happened.

We Indians have very high desire to visit pious Chardham and these guys ruined my trip, no peace of mind in whole trip. Be aware of booking from these kind of cheater as they are just commission agents and deceptively portray themselves as Tour operators.

Finally they have even blackmailed me to remove my previous post to give me an Invoice for my trip and they provided after 15 days of follow-up.

I have called Mr.Rao who is a head of this branch and he will never take my calls.

I request all my friends to share this post as much as possible, so that atleast few people will be saved by these cheaters.
