I have shop in dahisar distributor is so arrogent and not following norms of company salesman and not explaining properly schemes of company which is given to shopkeeper and yesterday about persentage which is committed by salesman he argue with me and used bad words for salesman also and return all products from my counter this is not good we are genuine customer of company from 1996...

The tire quality of your product is so horrible and even you don't have much service centres at Pune and the one you have doesn't contain much variety .
I was stuck in the middle of the road with your brusted tire cycle (hero sprint compass) just after buying it only lasted for 4 km and I had to struggle the rest 14 km to reach my home ... salesman are good but improve the quality of your product andd services ...and kindly look into...

This is to bring in your notice that the employees working in the brand are not good enough and the modus apprendi of the employees towards there business partners is not good. There are more than one distributor in an area and te rates are not stable enough. I asm the 8th distributor in a row who has left the brand due to unethical practices in last 6 monts. So kindly look into the matter as it is not good for the brand image.....
