Ordered direct to cycle brand agarbatties and paid advance rs 210 thr netbanking.
(In that rs 10 discounted
So full order was for rs 220.
But recieved only of rs. 180.
So claimed of rs 60
But they replied as
"w. R. T your complaint, our operations team has investigated and confirmed that all items were sent across. We have honored the order as we received it. We repackaged all items in this order to confirm the weight of the package and it was the same as when it was shipped out to you.

Hello,

Please note that as per the order id #135427 i have placed an order for 5 qty of CWOODS on 24th Dec 2019. But when the courier boy delivered the pack..it has only 2 qty. Rest 3 qty is missing. When i tried to check with courier boy he asked me to check with customer care.This is absurd.

Kindly arrange for delivery of rest 3 qty ASAP.
