Today on 11th November 2023 I faced an awkward experience with a D'Mart parking lot staff. I parked my two wheeler in a parking lot where all other customers too parked theirs. Within 20 min I finished my shopping and returned to collect my vehicle, In that mean time the other two vehicles which were parked beside my vehicle had been left, so my vehicle was like looking alone there. At that moment a D'Marts parking staff started shouting and abusing and scolding me. There was not even any disturbance to any other vehicles and for taking out cars also there was good space.
If the parking staff is that much concerned where she is when all others are parking their vehicles. When I was parking she was not around. I parked my vehicle where other customers did.
Being a regular customer for the store and also I am the shareholder of Avenue Supermarts I request you to take action on her and kindly retrain them properly in how to deal and talk with customers.
Kindly take action and reply to me. It was a really bad experience for me.If no action or reply has been taken I will escalate it to the next level.
