[Resolved] D-Vois Communications — poor service and internet issue resolved

I'm facing internet disconnection issue for more than 10 days. I have been calling the customer care and raised multiple tickets, despite I'm not seeing any response.

After long struggle an engineer came and he could not resolve the issue. I got fed-up and sent email for terminating both internet connections I have with this guys. Even for service termination, I'm not getting any response from this guys.

Very poor and pathetic support from the service provider.

Again its closed without resolution. I don't know why this is happening.

D-VoiS Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
